On contemplating the work of righteousness in another’s life, the Lord spoke to me this morning, saying,
“He who enters here, enters jealously for the conviction of men.”
Then,
“There is a holy jealousy given by God for the salvation of men, that all may come to know Him says the Lord God of hosts. It is given to man to receive once, not twice, and after that the judgement.“
Just prior to His betrayal and subsequent death, burial and resurrection (See also John chapters 13 - 17), Jesus said to His disciples,
"Now the Son of Man is glorified, and God is glorified in Him. If God is glorified in Him, God will also glorify Him in Himself, and glorify Him immediately. My children, I will be with you only a little longer. You will look for me, and just as I told the Jews, so I tell you now: Where I am going, you cannot come.
A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another."John 13: 31 - 35
So must we do likewise. Amen. Amen. Amen.
