The word of God gives us this great and precious promise from the Lord,
A Gospel of Love is a Gospel of Power
When partaking of the Passover feast with His disciples on the night that He was betrayed, Jesus took the cup saying, “For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins”
— Matthew 26:28.
Why Pray?
We pray because we need the comfort of His love. God’s heart is secure, but sometimes ours isn’t. We need His heart of security to bring comfort to ours. This is the companionship of His grace and mercy extended. It’s about Christ’s transformative grace and power combined. The Apostle said,
God’s Commands are for our Good
“Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” – Matthew 17:20
His Commands are not Burdensome!
Jesus said, “If you love Me obey My commands.”
The Importance of Doing Good
There are times in Scripture when special emphasis is placed on certain aspects of Holy living. The Apostle Paul’s epistle to Titus is representative of one of these.
Nothing Missing Nothing Broken
When the Lord speaks to us, He speaks to us because He loves us, but He wants us to be willing to learn. He speaks to us as a father speaks to his son.
Yes and Amen!!!
“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.”
2 Corinthians 1:20
“In Isaac your seed shall be called.”
Genesis 21:12 , Romans 9:7
Refusing the Instant Mindset
The other morning while I was using the microwave, the Lord began to speak to me about the importance of switching off the instant mindset and being purposeful in the raising up of this next generation of leaders.
